Extremely caring and helpful appointment today.
Particularly like the contact details given to use in case of sudden problem/deterioration.
Thorough - avered benefits receiving or eligible for, care structure in place for both the patient and carer.
We understand there is a possibility of being transferred back to the G.P for care.
We would be very sorry if this happened. The specialist care for the condition is so valuable and supportive, rather than a G.P's care which is a small part of many other condition he/she has to deal with.

We recognise that some patients/carers may have concerns around their care being transferred to the GP when deemed clinically appropriate. Please be reassured - if in the future there are issues relating to the condition that the GP is unable to assist with, or that you cannot receive from appropriate alternative services , (the details of which is in the information pack you received ) you may be re-referred back into the service at any time.
